Etienne Nestor Ys (born 1962) is the chief minister of the Netherlands Antilles. He has been chief minister from June 3 2002 to July 22, 2003, and since June 3 2004.
He is a member of the centrist Partido Antia Restruktur (Party for the Restructured Antiles), which is based on the island of Curacao.
